1. Who are you people?
We are the Charter Vanguard, as you
most likely could tell from it being
plastered across the top of every page
on this site.
2. What are you doing?
We're sitting in front of our computer
screens, or carrying out our daily
lives like the ordinary folk. We might
be someone you see on the street.
Maybe. What we are doing here, though,
is being a guild, an organization
of players and friends. Gathered for
one purpose alone... to enjoy the
exciting competitive online role-playing
game Guild Wars™.
3. How many members do you
have?
To date, 70+ members living around
the globe. Visit the
members page to view the details
of some of them.
4. Do I have to join the forums
to be a part of this guild?
Yes it is compulsory, in order that
you gain the full benefits from being
a member of the Charter Vanguard.

our forum.
5. I like role-playing,
or I dislike role-playing. What is
your guild's stance on that?
There
are on-going role-plays on our forums,
you are certainly welcome to join.
While role-play is encouraged, you
don't have to participate if you don't
want to.
6. Is your guild a seriously
competent/competitive one?
There are numerous players in our
guild who have been around since the
World Preview Event and the Open Beta
Weekends. They are extremely experienced,
and most willing to impart knowledge.
We enjoy the occasional GvG and PvP,
but yet we are not fiercely competitive.
The main function of our guild is
to build friendships, and to ultimately
have fun.
7. Are you an alliance or
in an alliance with any guild?
Yes, Legion
of Phoenix alliance.
8. Are you Luxon or Kurzick?
We're Luxon, but CV2 is made Kurzick
for those who want to load up on Kurzick
faction points (and for super secret
spywork on those pesky treehuggers!).
9. Do you have an activity
requirement?
Yes. Every member should be active
within a month or be kicked from the
guild. It is also a requirement that
after the initial invitation, a member
must attend an Acceptance
Ceremony in order to be promoted
to full member within a month, or
also be kicked from the guild. If
the arranged timing does not suit
him/her, he/she only need contact
an officer to arrange for a seperate
ceremony.
10. Can I talk to someone
in-game for more information?
Contact any of our officers featured
on this
page.
11. Sounds cool. Where can
I join?

Simply follow the instructions.
12. Are these actual Frequently
Asked Questions, or are they just
excuses to ramble?
Ssh. No one must know our secret.
